I put aside a whole weekend to go through the Outsource Method and I have to say that I was blown away by the information that you give out and the way in which you put things together. Hi Daniel,

I have done my fair share of reading books and never finishing them. In the case of self help books and any kind of self improvement courses, I think it is because it takes work to make the changes described in the book happen.

And there is a great uncertainty for many people about whether they have made the changes, whether the changes are working or what the changes even mean to them. Consequently they lose interest.

I think these concerns are addressed in a course by providing step by step blueprints and actual real life examples that people can relate to. In terms of an internet marketing course this is quite easy to do but in terms of spiritual change in a person it is not always that straightforward.

To this extent I think your course is successful because it gives a step by step process and the example follow ups will push many people over the edge to take action I think.

In reality it is not very hard to get a simple one off outsource project started and from there, provided the business  continues to expand, the scope of the outsource projects will expand. When they do expand, people will be able to return to your course and use it as a reference.

Thank you for the opportunity to review The Outsource Method.

I finally made it through all the videos.  Wow, they are OUTSTANDING!  It makes me look forward to the time when I can actually use all this information.  Since we had a limited time to look through stuff, and I didn't notice the PM at the forum for a couple of days, I didn't do all the steps (homework), but just listened to all the videos to get a good overview of the course.

I'm not sure if I can add anything new to the feedback you've already gotten.  I agree with what others have said, that it would be good to split the modules up some, especially when you come to a point where you need to do some "homework".   It's too easy to go do that, and come back and for whatever reason you've lost your place, and then you have to hunt for the right place in the video.  Not huge, but it'd just be simpler to end one video with a work assignment, then pick up in a new video after you've completed the assignment.

I like that it is pertinent to such a wide variety of situations.  From just starting out with your first outsourcing, and building up.  It is great this is a SYSTEM, so that even just starting out you can be looking for the right people, and thinking about what you want and need for your business.  It makes you think about where you want to go, and helps you plan how to get there.

The course makes such good points, like making sure as you build and move along in your business that you never become the choke point of your business by thinking everything has to go through you.  I love the "hate list" idea, so you can prioritize by using it and knowing your time value and the expense of items outsourced to figure out what to outsource first.

You touched upon one of my sticking points, being too much of a perfectionist and having to realize you can always do it better, so just DO SOMETHING and move on!

I think it was important that you pointed out that it usually takes several tries to find the right people, and that it is an ongoing process, and to always keep a back-up plan in place in case something happens to your outsource person(s).

The videos look very professional.  Impressive!

I think this course definitely needs more than one "listen-through" to really get all the benefits, although it's not a bad way to start.  Once through for an overview, then a slow, thorough study with doing all the workbook stuff too.  And after that, I think it would continue to be a great reference work, so that as your business grows, you can refer back time and again to how to keep building and growing the system.  When you get ready to advertise the course, I think you need to list this as one of the benefits, the fact that it isn't something you just use once, and that's it, but that you can refer back to it again and again.

Oh, and an option to get CD's and printed workbook instead of always downloading everything is very nice.  Getting a physical product somehow makes it seem like it's worth more, and it's nice to have the stuff on your reference shelf too.  Sometimes it's actually a good change to get away from sitting in front of the computer and study something in printed form, and not to always have to use up your ink supply to print it yourself!

Specific examples as illustrations are always good, showing exactly how you guys did something.

I knew absolutely nothing about outsourcing until I started listening to the phone calls, and this course really expanded my knowledge.  I think it's a resource every internet business person should have on hand.  Good job guys!  You always inspire me.
