to drop you some comments with regards to the above question for your outsourcing program.
Just a quick introduction of myself,
I am Raymond here.
I am stuck in the soul-sucking day job and while I hope and dream… nothing ever happens for me.
I trudge back to the hell of modern slavery and daydream of breaking free, of running my own business, making money for myself…
But as the credit card debts pile up I figure I’ll stay in my job for just one more year. Maybe in 12 months I’ll have the answer, maybe then I’ll have broken free…
But it’s never just one more year.
Time flies and before I know it, the year comes to an end and I’ll no closer to my dreams.
I was sure Internet Marketing was a total sham… designed only to separate clueless wannabes from their hard-earned cash.
But I just don’t want to give up to build a successful internet business from scratch.
That’s what I’ve decided to do,
I set-up a simple blog, wrote a few quality posts, built some links, added some affiliate products… the usual marketing advice we all get given.
And I worked hard on this blog.
I mean… my heart raced at the idea that this could be the money maker I’d been waiting for. This could be the one thing to give my family the life they deserve.
I took action on everything I’d learned, poured my heart and soul into this shiny, new website.
And by the end of 30 days I’d made…
One lousy sale.
I was crushed. My heart dropped through the floor. Was I right after all? Were these marketing guys scammers?
But when the red mist lifted…
A glimmer of hope shone through.
This one lousy sale proved to me that this did work. It wasn’t a bunch of bullsh*t.
I continue to work hard on it, but I was disappointed after 6 months, as there was no even a sale made after trying all the so-called marketing tactics, and the credit card debts keep piling up.
Although I’m disappointed, but I am determined to try one more time as I do not want to give up so easily, and I want to let myself know that I need to look for a mentor who can coach me to success step-by-step or have a bullet proof system to guide me along. I’m even willing to be a beta tester if you want.
I believe this is something that I’m looking towards for a proven system that really works, so that I don’t have to figure out how to put everything together into a simple, workable plan that makes me money – all by myself – AND spend thousands, plus months if not years of my own precious time, in the process.

This sounds like just what I need. There just aren’t enough hours in the day. Even though I can work online full-time, it’s just too much work to go it alone. Plus, who wants to work another full-time job.
I’ve known for a long time that I’d have to outsource at some point, to ever create a real income online. I guess I just categorized this in the “high risk” area, just like Adwords. Where if you jump in without knowing what you’re doing, it can end up costing you more time and/or money than doing it yourself.
Well, really looking forward to this. It’s time to see what that next level looks like.

To answer the question: “What would it mean if I had a bullet proof online game plan?” doesn’t have to take long. It’s really quite simple.
Having a bullet proof online game plan would mean I would be able do all the things I need to do in the minimum of time with the minimum of time and effort, at the right time, thereby achieving all I set out to achieve.
Given that I have been extremely scattered with the variety of internet marketing programs I have taken on, being able to get them all into alignment so each plays a significant role in the plan would be very helpful indeed.
Getting advice from people who’ve been there and won the game would be totally excellent. To have my plan become bullet proof would be such a relief! Finally, I can achieve my online plans, achieve my goals and become financially free by 01/01/10 like I said I would.

The outcome of having a bullet proof online game plan is: individual fulfillment of life’s promise realized on a massive scale.
The online business with which we are working has as its primary objective, the enfranchisement of human spirit. We believe that every soul walks the planet for the purpose of fulfilling on life’s promise.
Where we are all born with the potentiality of promise to be fulfilled; the reality is generally one of unfulfillment, weighed down by generations of memes (ingrained through a tribalized society) … and the norm is one of mediocrity, such that the vast majority of songs remain unsung.

This is a big question and I’m glad you asked it as it is very important.
So, I’ve been thinking about my answer for a couple of days now…
Here are the conclusions that I have come to about having a “bullet proof online game plan”
First it will allow me to focus in on what I’m good at which is training, and dreaming up new schemes and ways that I can make peoples lives better.
It will allow me to focus on creating business systems ( or better still finding the right people to do that for me )
I will be able to improve my business by having time to measure my metrics and then tweak and improve my copy. Measure any changes in results and then tweak again. and again until I’m happy with the results and can either hand the project over to someone else.
I will be able to focus right in on the most important aspect of internet marketing which is of course marketing. Publicising me and my products and still having time to enjoy the things in life outside of business.
I won’t have to be concerned about SEO as that will be taken care of too as will writing content putting it all up and then linking all the bits of the site network. And Hey…No more hours creating authority back links or even spinning articles. ( By the way I love AMA it is a godsend …)

Well you did say in as much detail as possible so here goes.
The most important thing, to me anyway, about” having a bullet proof online game plan” is exactly that.
I have a plan and plans can be measured against and adjusted because part of the plan includes having contingencies for what works and what doesn’t.
It’s like critical path planning whichis used in major projects.
Every possible eventuality is worked out in advance.
For every posible thing that can happen, either good or bad the next step is known and prepared for.
In Short, there are no surprises. Critical path is very very anal but it works a treat.
Because there are no surprises it will allow m eto know when I get up and turn on the computer exactly what I will be doing that day and how I will do it. This is going to take a heap of stress out of any entrepreneurs day.
I will know exactly what I am doing and what the rest of the team is doing ( or should be doing ). At the end of the day I can see what has been achieved and measure that against projected results and the make any necessary adjustments to the plan so that any shortfalls can be caught up on .
( Am I saying too much… or is this interesting for all you folks reading this ? )
Business is, according to Rich Schefren, a combination of systems and projects so my ultimate online Game plan would allow me to handle all of that stuff too.. Cool huh ?

OK so if a business is a series of systems and projects doesn’t it make total sense to set those things up first so you can leverage OPS, other peoples skills; OPT other peoples time; and all those other OPs too like OPM ( other peoples money )
So my ultimate business plan will allow me to
A/ Plan
B/ Measure
C/ adjust course intelligently when necesssary
D/ Leverage other peoples skills etc
E/ focus on my marketing though probably only sales copy
F/ Count more money every morning..( What…!!!
I didn’t mention money up until now …? )
G/ It willl allow me to attract the star players that any sound busines needs because my reputation will be good
( i could go on for weeks but I’ll stop soon…honest )
H/ I will be able to pay my team what they’re worth in relation to where they live
I/ I will have more time to do what I love doing
J/ There will be more leverage in th ebusiness
K/ Most important of all My business will be beter placed in the minds of my clients because I can afford to spend more money on giving them what they want ..And they will give me more money back…
So thanks for giving me the opportunity to throw this stuff around in my head and equally important to put it down on paper or electrons or whatever.

This would mean the world the to me.
Having a solid online game plan will enable me to pursue my true passion – acting,to be able to spend more time with my aging parents, and to pursue volunteering efforts in causes I believe in.
I moved to NYC just because I want to pursue acting. Acting is a tough business – on the first couple of gigs whether film or theare an actor has to take risks before he even has chance of making it big. Problem is you cannot put food on the table or barely pay the rent as those gigs don’t pay much. I have actor buddies who wait tables, walk dogs, janitorial duties and they struggle. In my case I am lucky as I do have a well paying job as a software developer and don’t have to worry about finances as much
But problem is – the job is a PRISON. Since the economy tanked I have been working more and more hours with the job and less and less time on my acting. I have gotten offers to do independent films but I had to refuse because I couldn’t take a month or two months as my job would not allow it and I don’t think I would be able to support my family on a low paying acting gig.
Hence 6 months ago I looked online discovered affiliate marketing and infopreneur opportunities. I believe that this could be the key to my freedom. So I learned about ppc managment, pre-selling, plr marketing, seo and and within 2 months I made my first $1500 in online sales. I broke even. I found few profitable niches along the way that are waiting to be scaled. I also want to start a search engine consulting business too. PROBLEM is now – I CANNOT SCALE because of f^&#@ crazy hours at work and have not been able to focus on affiliate marketing or SEM business. Forgive me for the language but this has been extremely frustrating and feel like I don’t have enough hours in the day to accomplish what I need to do to be independent and in control of my time. In addition I am also not able to spend enough time with my family because I am always working and I feel very guilty about that. I want to be able to treat my family and my parents to a cruise in the bahamas and not have to worry about money or time. I also have voluteering gigs that I want to pursue but haven’t had the time.
I am looking at the outsource method as a solution to help me better leverage the hours that I have and eventually quit my job so I can focus time on my acting and spend quality time with my family and to be able to pursue in worthy causes.

and to date, it has supported our family well. We are the proud parents of 3 little girls ages 4, 6, and 8 and truly believe that being self employed would allow us to spend more time with them and create the life we truly desire, including travel, etc…
Well, I have a long story but will try to keep it concise. My husband is an architectural designer and we have been self employed for as long as we have been married (12 years today actually
In January 2008, the calls just stopped from builders and developers. We went from nearly 6 figures a year to 4 (yes, 4 figures) a year! Needless to say, we have always believed in working for ourselves and we set off looking to sell his plans online. This took us on a maze of many online ventures, most of which did not make us feel passionate (nor earn us any income) but we continued to search, and spend money to build a business that would sustain our family and allow us true financial freedom.
Fast forward a year and a half, we have incurred a lot of credit card debt, because we always have had a firm belief in education. We are now tired of the “shiny box syndrome” and have realized, by necessity, that we have to make a single idea work…and work WELL! We have had some success promoting local/small businesses by getting them a dynamic presence online. This is truly a passion of ours to fuel the other entrepreneurs out there who are wading through this economy just as we are. We love to help their businesses succeed and have had a great deal of success with the companies we are working for. The problem is, this dream of “more time with the family” has become quite a nightmare as we work more hours than ever trying to dig out of our debt hole and sustain a business. We have begun to outsource on a small scale, but it is not enough. We are always plagued with the thought that we aren’t making enough money as it is, how can we afford to outsource? But we also know in our hearts that this is the only way to make it happen.
I have been listening to my audio book of the 4 hour workweek and am feeling that our business model needs to be seriously adjusted in order to make it more viable to outsourcing and a hands-off approach. I have great ideas to help others create products (instead of services) that allow them cashflow, but am having great difficulty in doing for our own business. I have also become very frustrated that we, as marketers, are having a hard time marketing our own business. It’s like we’re too close to it to get a good look.
We have now made a decision to homeschool our children because we feel that the years are slipping away too quickly and I don’t want their memory of their mom to be that she was in front of the computer all the time. I want to create lasting memories travelling and spending quality time together and that just is not happening. I feel like we are spinning our wheels and need some definite direction in how to make our business (or adjust our business model) and make it work.
I would value the opportunity to have you both take a look at our business model and provide suggestions as to how we can begin to work “on” our business instead of “in” our business so much. Nothing is more important to us than our precious family and we want to be able to support them, grow them, and give them lifelong memories, while having our business provide the income to accomplish those things.
We both know that outsourcing is the answer to that and would feel priviledged to have the opportunity to make that happen in the most effective way by working with you to develop a plan and implement it so that we can live as the “new rich” and not the “hamster wheel poor”.

I’m writing this as I’m heavily pregnant at exactly 40 weeks, and just waiting to go into labour over the next few days. I’ve also just bought myself a new notebook, so that I can work on IM while I recuperate in the hospital. You can imagine how committed I am to taking massive action to gain major results in IM.
By the time the results are announced, I should be a mother. I’ve also just turned 30 less than a month ago, and so I’m at a new phase of my life.
Just two months ago, I told myself I have to do something about what I really want in life. I can’t just continue to drift through life, especially after turning 30 and becoming a mother, with nothing to show.
After reading Anthony Robbins’ ‘Awaken the Giant Within’, I sat down and scribbled down all the goals I have and the things I want in my life in various aspects.
Internet Marketing is one of them to reach my financial and career goals. I have been dabbling in IM for 2 and a half years, though I had been in hibernation for almost an year. It’s time to wake up and reach my full potential.
I told myself for personal development, I wanted to attend courses by the master, and within a few weeks, I found that he was coming to Singapore for a workshop. I got my husband to buy us tickets to go for them.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I learnt a lot about myself. I know I can succeed and I must succeed. The truth is, I am capable of massive success, just like the students you have coached. All I need is the bullet proof online game plan.
I already have my beliefs, my goals and I’m in the right state. I’m excited and enthusiastic about embarking on my goals.
Now that I’m on leave, waiting for delivery, I’ve managed to get my IM going again.
I’m relooking into PGB to ensure that I’m putting it to great use. My subscription had been idling. I’ve watched the videos earlier today, and looked through the manual, and gained immensely out of them. I realised I had skipped the most important part of keyword research, and had jumped straight into just rewriting. Such mistakes should not occur if I had spent time earlier to plough through the immensely useful videos and plan.
My physics teacher once explained the difference between accuracy and precision. He said, you can hit the same spot repeatedly, but the spot is way off the target. That’s what I was doing previously. I want to be accurate, and hit the right spot. With a bullet proof online game plan, especially with guidance from the online guru, I can reach my goals earlier.
What’s left to do now is to have the proper strategies to ensure success. With a bullet proof online game plan, I can ensure that I take the path that others have spent a lot of time on. Success leaves clues, and I know that by following the steps outlined by you, there is only room for major success.
With me going on no-pay-leave for at least one year, I’m committed to making IM a huge success. I want to earn more than enough to educate my son, so that he can become a fine young man and be useful to society in the future.

Don’t over stress yourself at 40 weeks mate, I made my wife take it easy (as much as she would let me) with our two boys, you’ve got a solid year behind you to get things moving, whether you win or not that’s a beautiful amount of time to get your goals in order and on track

To me it would mean that I clearly wasn’t ready to be doing whatever I planned to do. There are always risks, consequences and unforeseen circumstances. If I had a very good strategy that had proven itself time and time again it would mean that it was time to test scalability while monitoring changes. I would evaluate what areas were the most time intensive and whether there were ways to automate and/or outsource them and work down the list. To scale upwards you need more time to manage and less time with the repetitive and menial. So a ‘bullet proof’ online game plan to me would mean a proven method that could be scaled effectively.
Now for a personal touch, if I had such a plan and knew it could be done profitably I would work with with an area I enjoy: video games. I’ve been running video game related sites as a hobby for well over a decade but they simply have never paid the bills. First I want to say I appreciate you all running the contest. For me it would mean that I can have guidance and a plan to follow from people who have already become successful. I’ve tried outsourcing on my own a couple of times and it just hasn’t worked for me. I still think outsourcing works (I’ve met Tim Ferris and seems to be doing very well for him.) I just think I need the right guidance to do it. So in short what would it mean to me? It would mean I can change my life and help others do the same (something like what your doing here.)

To me it’s more important to know how to help others, and this is the bullet-proof online game plan. Putting others first, will always produce your best results. To know enough to help others to become successful at whatever they want to do with themselves, would mean “a certain self-esteem,” above and beyond any financial rewards. To know I have done something to help someone else is far more rewarding over the years in terms of financial benefits to myself. It is where true success really lies, and this is the bullet proof online game plan.

Maybe I’d finally make some headway with marketing online. I did the same things all the “pros” said had to be done for the past 5 years, and made all of $12 as an affiliate.
I’m sick and tired of trying to make this work and for the past year it’s become a drudge, I’d rather have the job back! At least I would have something in the bank to show for all the time invested.
I’ve done the article writing, blog setup and posting, affiliate linking and on, and on, and on. All I wanted was a simple system to build my little publishing company and make a decent income.
After 5 years online and counting, it would have made more sense to start a brick and mortar used bookstore, at the very least I would have had something to show for putting in this kind of time and effort.
That’s what it would mean to me – finally seeing that what I’m doing makes sense.

His partner…a family member no less, embezzled the company by creating a house of cards that of course could not stand. When he disappeared, it soon came to light that my husband was left holding a massive bag of debt.
Peace of mind for my husband – who is determined to pay every single debt without recourse to bankruptcy. Meeting those financial obligations as arranged has left room only for the barest necessities of life, and those are frequently iffy. It’s been 7 years of that now.
Peace of mind for an elderly aunt – living on a very limited income that we used to be able to supplement. She too is now constantly worried about money, but refuses to come live with us, afraid it will only add to our burdens.
Of all the many things I once thought were needed for a happy life, peace of mind is the only one that I require to have back.
That’s why I got into internet marketing. It seems like the only way to generate the kind of money needed to pay the debt off in the fastest amount of time possible, and to replace our savings.
One of the first things I noticed about IM is that it’s not the walk in the park the gurus were trying to sell. The second thing I noticed was that there was no way the gurus were doing all the work themselves, as they suggested. If there were ever any stars in my eyes about IM, they were quickly extinguished. Lucky for me, I’m not afraid of the truth, and the quicker I discern it, the better off I consider myself to be. So rather than being discouraging, it felt good to get those realizations behind me so I could move on to what finding out what is true and dependable.
My husband believes in me. He believes I can do anything I put my mind to. So whatever money is needed to implement the bullet proof plan, we are both dedicated to providing.
If 7 years is the standard time frame for a run of bad luck, as portrayed in superstition and fairy tales, then I’m hoping you guys, with your bullet proof plan, are the fairy god fathers who will lead us to the way out of that dark and dreary forest.
The timing seems perfect. A debt just paid off at the end of September, and the money, that would normally be applied towards the next smallest debt, can be allocated to this project instead.

You both Marc & Daniel… have given us PLRPro members very good online marketing systems to follow… more than once since I first became a PLRPro member… December 26, 2007.
Finding you both Daniel & Marc was the best Christmas gift I could ever receive.
My first realization, I could make money, as an entrepreneur was when I was introduced to a home-based business in February of 2004. I was thinking of taking my small dog for a walk to my elderly lady neighbour’s place down the back lane. Really I was pondering whether or not to visit her because I was feeling lazy. Finally I thought “yes” I’m going to visit her because she loves to see my dog and I.
I walked in her door and an older gent was in her kitchen fixing the plumbing on her sink. He looks at me, we start chatting and then he asks me what I did for a living. I can’t remember what my job was back in 2004. He said, “Would you be open to a way that could make you extra money?” I said, “you bet.” He said, “come to the flea market next Sunday, and I will buy you a coffee.”
When we met at the coffee shop he explained how I could make money with the home-based business he was doing. I never did make much money at that home-based business and other home-based business ventures that I started after that… Truth to tell I just went deeper in debt and dismay.
The most wonderful thing is though, because of my good deed that cold winter day, “The Lights Went On” in my head that I could make money for myself as an entrepreneur… and now after studying online marketing for the past few years… I just need to put into practice all I have learned about online marketing.

Well Daniel and Marc, I am just starting out in internet marketing and have absolutely nothing at the moment, so a ‘bullet proof game plan’ would mean the world to me.
I am in my seventies and due to the erosion in the value of my small pension I have decided I must look at some ways to get some extra money. By the way, this is not a ’sob’ story but just a fact of life and I am fit and well and the only problem I have is a financial one.
I started about 2 months ago and am absolutely overwhelmed by the mass of information and choices that are available, so much so that I literally haven’t a clue where to start.
I am sure you know of the hundreds of offers on the internet, some of which promise the earth, and it really is impossible to make a valued judgment as to which one would give me the best results and the extra income that I need. I don’t usually find it difficult to make decisions but this particular one is almost insurmountable at the moment for me.
All I can say is that for me to have an actual game plan which I could follow would be nothing short of unbelievable for me.

I run PPC to CPA campaigns. I’m also getting into CPV and Media buys. If I outsource campaign management, how can I prevent someone from using my information to create competition in my niches?
Put simply a bullet proof game plan would send my IM efforts into overdrive. As we all know there is endless testing, article writing, forum posts, content creation….you name it. Most people who first get into IM don’t usually have an idea of just how much there is to do. But something like this can be a saviour!

I’ll be brief about the bullets that could have taken me out of the game….
1. After 18 year on the job (top sales person) fired. Employers did not (could not afford to paid commission $20K). Had to sue – won – Got 1/3.
Received money when I really needed it…..That was a blessing.
2. Next job 6 month – fired by part-time sales manager….Organization was very dis…organized….A blessing get out without much damage.
3.Next job 18 months – fired – Reduce based salary $42 – $24 – employer kept 8K in commission…..Blessed to get out before management shakeup
4.Next job 90 days – fired the day after I buried my mother. Truly, blessed….Situations don’t make the man – they show the man. – James Allen – This situation let me know who I was working for…..
I been under employed for 2 years. We are blessed to have place to stay and food to eat. Bills are paid (sometime later but paid).
I have a great support system….Faith, Family & Friends…..

The Obvious answer is “SUCCESS”
There are endless supplies of people selling “how to” this and that and wether good or bad the issue remains that there is a ton of thing you need to do to be sucessful and multitasking to get them all done doesn’t work. A Game plan will not only clarify everything that needs to get done but how and when and that my friends if followed equals success! I have somehow managed to be somewhat successful with my website, but approached it willy nilly and have surely missed a lot of steps and that means money left on the table (not good!). I would love a good game plan to get focused and back on track.
The other side if this is once you have tasted a little success, you want more and now I have tons of ideas for the current site as well as new products and new sites. The downside, I run a $500,000 ecommerce site (with inventory and shipping) all by myself. I’m not bragging, I’m begging for help (70 hours a week and my first child on the way will not work). I need to get the outsourcing guide as soon as possible and not only get my business under control, but get these other ideas into motion so I can have the Millions it will cost by the time my kid hit college age (LOL).

If I had a bullet proof online plan, that would be like Christmas come early 25 times over.
What! Getting a step-by-step system I could follow to get all my work outsourced and done, and have it all done on schedule?
There is nothing better I could think of that would bring my dreams to reality. And I would be prepared to work my fingers off for a dream like that. I just need a blueprint to follow.
That is the internet lifestyle that I think everybody dreams about.
To make it more personal, I have been intimidated by outsourcing from doing it wrong, and am only now getting the confidence to try it again.
9 years ago, I became interested in the internet marketing industry. I did the regular research. I heard about outsourcing. Read a few ebooks and articles, and decided outsourcing was the best thing on the planet.
By some ill luck, I had a few bad experiences. I think I was not specific enough in what I wanted. As a result I got a variety of results. First, I got shoddy workers who did a poor job. I got people who did not complete the project. I got people who I could not understand. I ended up frustrated.
I actually got a few that actually worked. However by that time I was too timid to get it working. So I made no money.
The fact is that I am dedicated to having an internet marketing-outsourcing lifestyle, even if it costs me the last dollar I have.
I tried learning to do everything myself. As you already know, that is a formula for disaster. There is not enough time of the day to learn all that info. And deciding which guru to follow was impossible.
So what did I do?
I tried following several.
So I am yet to make my first $1,000 online.
I am embarrassed to admit it, but for the past 9 years I have been yearning to get out the office, and start teaching online.
I currently earn a living as a chiropractor. Fortunately the pay is decent, so I was able to pay for the internet courses I have bought.
In the process of learning to be a holistic chiropractor, I have learned some valuable self-help systems that could help thousands, like a home version of the allergy treatments I use every day in practice, a system for eliminating back pain, a 3 minute workout for computer geeks and chiropractors who sit too long at their computers, and tons of other topics.
But because I did not have a system for outsourcing projects, and because I keep trying to do it myself, I ended up having to work long hours to pay the bills, and barely get ahead.
So what does it mean to me to have a bullet proof online game plan?
How about having free time to play, travel, and hang out with family and enjoy life?
And what would I do with the financial benefits that come with the outsourcing lifestyle?
I could retire my wife from her demanding teaching job. I could burn my mortgage.
I could help my daughter in Chiropractic College pay some bills. I could help the other kids get started in life. I could get myself out of debt.
Finally I could stand tall, and tell the tax department that I am not happy about the money they have swindled from me.
Wow! I did not realize I had all that feeling pent up in me. And every word is totally verifiable.
I am glad I got the chance to put this on paper. It made me feel good. Thanks.
Plus, if I win the prize, I would let out the biggest shout of gratitude I ever have.

First, let me be candid about anything that’s “bulletproof”.
I’m not sure that’s realistic especially in this day and age.
Things are changing so rapidly including the ups and downs of the economy.
What I do think is doable and would make a quantum leap in my online business of teaching seminars and selling my home study courses is….
just what you’re offering, to learn how to outsource my headaches.
After years of trying to cover all the bases in IM, I’m convinced I could have
and should have been outsourcing most of what I’ve kept in my family business.
I know that if I were to outsource, I’d have many fewer problems with the
people I’ve hired only to be disappointed by their issues/performance.
So for me and my business, I’d like to begin the journey of developing a
game plan to free up my time, energy and focus so I can concentrate on
my core business and not the IM issues/task/process/procedures, etc.
Is this bullet proof?
No but let’s remember there are armour piercing bullets so nothing 100% certain.
Change is difficult and letting go of tasks normally kept in house or done by
part time employees will need to be transitioned.
But
Given that the IM gurus I’ve met and learned of their processes, they seem
to be succeeding by taking a “hands off” approach to tasks in their business.
Bottom line______
While I’m not sure I can or will be able to achieve a true bullet proof game plan, I do feel certain that by shifting my emphasis from trying to do all and
be all will ultimately free my mind & time to be more creative and profitable.
Isn’t that what’s it’s all about?

It would give the practical guidance to match my personal ambition to build a business that I would be proud to be associated with, and grow, for years to come.
It would be the vehicle to give me personal growth and ongoing development, the best immunity from stagnation (and age!!).
The business would obviously generate financial rewards which would enable me to give my family a lifestyle that would be geographically independent. Since my illness the financial responsibility for keeping the home together has fallen on my wife and family – it would be unbelievable to remove this burden.
Finally and equally important it’s will be a focus for hope. I belong to a group of individuals that suffer from the same condition and therefore the same struggle securing ‘normal’ work.
We all know that it was thought that man would NEVER break the 4 minute mile, and many tried.

I met a Chiropractor about 8 weeks ago who is about to transition into fulltime IM, he did it by teaching other chiropractors how to market online (build a site, promote etc.)

I’m pretty new to online business, but I’ve been round just long enough to work out that “bullet proof” game plans seem to be in infinite supply. Of course, one person’s definition of “bullet proof” is different from another, but I think what people value the most is the kind that comes from a couple very successful blokes at the coal face (rather than in the guru business, for example). That’s why so many people are at this blog with their virtual hands up, saying “pick me, pick me.”
Discovering Outsource Method a few days ago comes at a good time for me. I’m new: just starting to work out how all the pieces fit together, and as a result, realising that scaling up to a viable replacement for my current career isn’t going to happen on my own. Fortunately, I can leverage a little excess to get the ball rolling quicker. Knowing exactly where to roll it though and where to get help to keep it rolling, well, that would be priceless.
What does bullet proofing do?: it takes away the fear. Sure, you still cop bullets being shot at you, but you’re out there, and you survive. That’s what I want.

I started my internet business with you and Marc at PLRPRO and then signed with Mark Ling at Afillorama Blueprint, (on your affiliate link of course), then with Brad Callen at KeyWord Elite. Probably typical for a newbie right? I signed with you at PLRPRO because I have never before seen the passion to help people succeed in any other business than you and Marc display thru out your entire business. Oh, I also subscribed to your outsource method as well.
My little internet empire now consists of Affiliate Marketing, Adsense Marketing, Article Marketing, Social Networking, Downloads and E-Commerce. Needless to say you and Marc were the ones to inspire me to begin building this business and more importantly keep plowing on even with little results. It’s always a treat to get on the call and listen to the words of wisdom and knowledge you two impart.
What it means to have a bullet proof online game plan? It means those many non-believers will have to believe when you show them the results of your labor. It means you don’t have to watch your wife get all dolled up to go to a job she doesn’t like. It means you don’t have to leave your home and family at 8:00 PM and work all night. In one word, “Freedom”.
I started my website out of passion and it has grown and served me well. As the years go by, though, it has taken over my life. I find my self in a state of perpetual motion trying to keep up with everything that needs to be done.
Yes, I do realize that I need help with the website and this is where the outsourcing method will come in. By freeing up some of my time in the day to day maintenance, I will be able to focus on the larger picture of where I want my business to go. Right now, all I can see is everything that needs to be done to keep everything going.
Not only will the free time benefit my business, it will also benefit my family by allowing me to truly be involved in whatever is going on in their lives (instead of listening with half an ear while I planning on what needs to be done next). And honestly, I would like to be able to take a couple of days off without having to worry about the work that is piling up when I’m gone.
By the way, thanks for that awesome webinar that you held last night. I can’t believe you were able to go for over 3 1/2 providing so much good information. I have pages of notes and writers cramp from trying to get everything down. Whether I’m chose or not, I’m truly a winner by being exposed to you guys and your straight-forward methods.

What it would mean to me, my fears for online failure will disapear and actually get to work. Whats stopping me from having success like many others, they got over their fears. What if I is acting upon the wrong information, maybe little success, maybe little failure with disaster.
Remember back when you earned your first 50 bucks? Good feeling right. Some people move forward, many people move backwards.
And a bulletproof game plan, I would be awesome ruling the search engines with the keywords Im targeting so I can get more and more customers. After all thats what we all want.

Well, first of all I would like to thank you for all the free content that you have put out which will help a large number of people.
I’ve been outsourcing coding work for a while, of course, this is fraught with pitfalls but it has all worked out in the end – lots of lessons learned along the way. What I haven’t been doing is outsourcing my business tasks which is what I want to learn now to scale up. The only real way of achieving success imo is leveraging other people. A bullet proof plan will give me direction which is what I have been lacking. Once I know the direction and get the right people on the bus as Jim Collins would say then I can reach my destination. My destination is a simple one, no doubt shared by all your readers – financial security = freedom. If I had financial security I would be able to do more things that I wanted to do with my business and live the life that I want. An increased income will also allow my partner to quit his full time life sapping job and give us the opportunity to have more quality in our life.
Over the last few years both my partner and I have had accidents that resulted in being off work each of us for over a year. During that time we used all our savings to keep our heads above water and now we are just playing catch up and scraping by. We have both decided that IM is where we want to be and have put systems in place, released products etc but still have not reached our goal. Hopefully, with your bullet proof system the lean years will be a thing of the past and we will reach our destination faster and with less stress and mistakes along the way.
Also some things I just hate to do online, and if I knew where to find people who loves these things, that would make a huge difference to me and my life.
I think everyone here are feeling that way with something online.

If you market online, you know the endless buzz of product launches, gurus, and ebooks revealing the latest secrets to online success. What should you do? Who should you listen to? You may have said to yourself, “If I buy just one more course, product, or ebook, I know I will be successful.” So you do…and what happens?
When you lack the understanding of what to do, and the confidence to actually do it, you wind up doing a hundred different things. Ultimately, nothing gets done.
A bullet proof online game plan would provide the focus and understanding necessary to become a successful internet marketer.

To have a game plan would assist me in building a profitable business and stop all the floundering around I have experience it getting my business to the point it’s profitable. It will stop the wasting of money I’ve experienced in the last year on products and services that have not grown my business, but showed me there is alot of junk on the Internet. Since I work full time is has been hard to use my time in what really matters and will help my business to grow. I don’t mind putting in the time or money to build a successful on line business. I am sick and tired of just chasing the dog’s tail if you know what I mean. I not nothing about outsourcing, but my commen sense tells me if you can outsource tedious task to free up your time to do the imporant stuff, and have more people helping you. Why not it will move your business forward faster. I’ts almost like I no longer do my own laundry. I drop it off and pick it up in the afternoon. It cost me a few more bucks then if I did it myself. I use that extra 2-3 hours a week to go to the gym or work on my business. I wish I could outsource getting my hair done, just dropping my head off at the salon and picking it up in a few hours, but still being able to accomplish a business task in those 5 hours I spend on my looks. So, I get the idea of what outsourcing can do for a business and your personal life. Thanks for the information and another way to look at growing a successful business.

How are you guys? I hope everything is well and good. I have been a member of AMA for about 3-4 months now and have enjoyed the continued increase of my site’s SERP rankings. I have told my brothers in Affilorama that AMA works and even posted my SERP rankings as shown by Traffic Travis.= )
Anyway, before I answer your question Id like to give a few details on how I got started online. I am originally from the Philippines. I migrated to California on the 1st quarter of 2008 and being a licensed mechanical engineer back home and armed with 4 years of supervisory and management experience I was confident that I will be able to land a job here within 1-2 months. Unfortunately for me that was the time when the economy started to go down. I waited for 8 years to be with my family here and the economy did not help. Talk about timing!
It took me 6 months to land a temporary job (no benefits of course) but during the time I was seeking employment I started looking into making money online. I was a newbie and went through what you would say learning the hard way. I’ve been scammed by a known dropshipping company and also by a marketing company. I was scattered all over the place! I was into PTC, Autosurfs, HYIPs, etc etc…This year (in May) I was fortunate to come across Mark Ling’s course AffiloBlueprint2.0. I have seriously started learning affiliate marketing. I am a current beta tester of Jason Katzenback’s Web2Mayhem. My plan to build my business is apply what I learn from AffiloBlueprint, use Web2Mayhem to rank my affiliate sites on the 1st page of the search engines and Outsource 95% of the tasks! So yeah, I need a copy of “The Outsource Method”!!! I honestly believe that all these 3 things will help me establish an online business and work my way towards creating a bullet proof business.
To answer your question “What would it mean to you if you had a bullet proof online game plan?”.
It will mean the world to me because I can ask my wife to quit her job and we both will have more time for our 2 kids and spend more time as a family together. Our kids are growing faster than we can watch them grow because our day jobs just take our time away from our family. It’s really ironic that the very reason that takes us away from our family is the same reason that helps our family’s finances. Also, my father is still working even at the age of 70. He is in the south pacific with my mom. He is there because he wants to save some money for his farm. I would love to tell him he no longer needs to work and that they can go back home in the Philippines and enjoy their farm life. Lastly, my mom has always dreamed of having a Charity Organization…I would love to be able to start one for her so we can start helping the less fortunate in my home country.

I`ve recently acquired a website with the goal of outsourcing as much as possible of its operations. I`m also in the early stages of creating e-commerce niche websites (everytime my research finds a viable niche market, I`ll create a new website). As much as possible of each websites operations will be outsourced, so I can spend as much of my time as possible on doing the few tasks required by me, and to also come up with new ideas to put into new websites.
I was referred to your website through Affilorama, and the timing couldn`t have been better. After four years online, I finally feel some momentum in my online endeavours, and to have you create for me a bullet proof game plan at this point, especially regarding outsourcing, will definitely help me achieve the results I want in the finacial part of my life (my main focus, after taking care of my boys).

I launched my current website about 5 years ago in a topic that has been a long-time passion for me. I have done pretty much everything by myself, including learning about SEO, online marketing, website coding and design, and content creation. I’m exhausted!
I’ve been able to make my site very successful in terms of traffic and earning respect in the field. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been financially successful as I’d hoped, which I’ve learned tends to be the case in my chosen topic.
I’m committed to keeping this particular website going, even if it is mostly a labour of love, but I need to expand my business so that I can make a serious living from my work. I see developing other sites in more profitable niches as my best solution.
I’m sure others can do a much better job than I am on much of this work, which would make my current site more profitable and leave me the time (and energy!) to pay more attention to adding more features for my current site, as well as my dream of developing other websites in niches that will be much more lucrative.
For health reasons my energy is not always consistent, so I need to be able to earn good money building a sustainable business, while being able to work very flexible hours. I’m starting to see outsourcing as an ideal way to accomplish this.
I’ve been the outsourced work for others in the past, so I understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the desk. Since I haven’t figured out how to clone myself (maybe I could outsource this as a project? ) I want to find others to work with who can help me build and expand my business.
I have started buying up a few domain names based on some keyword research, and I am now in a financial position to hire others who can help me develop my current and future sites. What I need is a solid strategy and plan, and some extra expertise and support to help me learn the process, all of which can maximize my ability to make my financial investment grow.

To answer this question I would simply straight away answer with out a doubt that it would mean the WORLD to me! Having a bullet proof online game plan is a surefire way to succeed in the internet marketing world that will only lead you in the correct direction. No guessing, no wondering, no figuring anything out, no pressure, no worries, …. no problems! I could go on and on about the negative aspects of playing the internet marketing game WITHOUT a fool proof plan, much of where I am currently in and experiencing…
To have a bullet proof online game plan would open many doors and opportunities for myself. It will take me to the point where I would like to be much quicker with a lot more accuracy and precision in my efforts. The competition is called what would it mean to you if you had a bullet proof game plan. I find that an interesting question as in my current J.O.B. I have had to dodge bullets for real! (I am a police officer). After a recent incident in my job where I got into a struggle with some armed criminals and shots were fired, one narrowly missed my head and went into a wall behind me…I have been thinking to myself I need a new way to make money. I found Internet Marketing and have been on a rapid learning curve ever since. I need to “bullet proof” my life not just my business for the sake of my family.
I tried a “bricks & mortar” business on the side thinking it was the answer and found myself working 100hr weeks. I was trying to be the bookkeeper, the manager, the graphic artist, the webmaster, the secretary and the CEO. If only I had known about the outsource method before I almost went nuts in that business!

Oh.. answering this question is a little like answering what would you do if you won lotto. First of all my head is filled with so many different things, not really sure which one of them tops them all. In thinking hard and sifting thru the overwhelming emotions and thought patterns of what it would mean to have a BULLET PROOF ONLINE GAME PLAN. I realised that it would mean that my picture would be complete, that a bullet proof online game plan is what is missing and exactly what I need. It would mean that I could get to work and get the job done or should that read started.. It would give me the immediate steps to moving forward, while creating long term goals that I constantly work towards. Ultimately it would mean that success would be inevitable, success would be impossible to avoid.
Here is my story, and as you will discover finding you today was fait. As I was on the search for affiliate programs that I could promote on my site that I am building when I came across your site and product launch.
Let me give you a quick snap shot of my story. I was fortunate enough to retire young and live off our investments for the past 5 years. My entrepreneurial spirit never left me, and even thou I was no longer motivated by money, I was highly motivated by the feeling of success, and a strong quest for knowledge . Thanks to many many hours and many many different online courses. I have all the skills to build a profitable online business except this one missing piece. I know all about SEO, marketing using Web 2.0 and all the little tricks that can build anchor text links, I know about article marketing, videos, Podcasts. I know how to use Photoshop and can create my own professional looking graphics. I know how create and use PAD submission and RSS feeds. I can work in Dreamweaver and have a basic understanding of html. I know all about affiliate marketing, I have 2 books listed on clickbank, which I created all the graphics headers, ebook covers and banner ads for. I have a very good understanding of keyword research. I know all about email marketing and generating newsletters, using squeeze page to capture email address, and creating auto responders. I can build professional looking wordpress blogs, I know the ins and out of article marketing and press releases. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea, I have the knowledge.
What I don’t have is a bullet proof online business plan to pull all this together and make it work.
I could go on and on but I think you can see that I have done a lot of training over the last 5 years.
Thanks to the recent economic crisis my husband and I found ourselves financially struggling as our investment portfolio shrunk before our very eyes. We needed to find a way to start generating a income, which meant coming out of retirement, placing what was left in our super back into wealth creation phrase, and renter the work force once again.
I believe that with my love for working on the internet and all the training I have done, that a true internet business was in order . That it was time to take all the skills I had developed over the past 5 years and put them to work.

A bullet proof online game plan…… FIRST the superficial answer….. it would mean the world to me and make my dreams come true, blah blah blah. That’s true for all of us.
SECOND, the literal answer. It would give me certainty and save time. To explain, let me tell this true story. When Dr. Ainslie Meares was interviewing prospective patients to undergo his now famous alternative cancer therapy, he said that he observed 3 groups of people.
1/ The people who said, “i’m dying, please help me, i beg of you, help”
2/ The people who said, “i don’t know if it will work, but i’ll give it a go”
3/ The people who said, “i’m gonna beat this with or without you”
Dr Meares chose only people from group 3. He learned from previous experience that the results were poor when treating the first 2 groups, but the results were outstanding when treating the 3rd group of people.
When it comes to online marketing, i’m in the 3rd group. It’s often 1 step forwards, 2 steps back, but i’ll absolutely make it. That’s my attitude and that’s my commitment to myself.
But i know that just as not every one of Dr. Meares patients survived, even if they were from group 3, having the attitude is not a guarantee. So having a bullet proof game plan will give me certainty that i’ll succeed. The right attitude with the right game plan is the ultimate success blueprint.
And while my attitude is that i’ll make it no matter what, i’d sure prefer to do it now than in 2 or 3 or 5 years. So having a bullet proof game plan will save me time.
THIRD, the meaningful answer. What is success to me personally? I’m not going to talk about dollars, but what the dollars will allow me. Ultimately it’s freedom to give my gifts. What are my gifts? Music (i’m a multi-instrumentalist) and an overwhelming love of animals. I want to be heavily involved in animal welfare in parts of asia where it’s desperately lacking, and i want to set up a school of music for children in Thailand.
